Need a replacement employee badge? Start by submitting an IT helpdesk ticket at https://help.peopleincfr.org.
1. Tell us what happened
Include why you need a replacement, your work location, and whether the badge is lost, stolen, damaged or still in your possession. Report a lost or stolen badge promptly and notify your supervisor so its access can be addressed.
Do not include a government ID number or attach a photo, scan or copy of your ID.
2. Arrange an in-person identity check
IT will reply with instructions to arrange the check. Bring an original, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID card or passport. We will compare the photo on your ID, your employee photo on file and your appearance to confirm your identity. Your ID will be reviewed in person; its image and number will not be copied or retained as part of this process.
3. Tell us if you need another verification option
If you do not have acceptable ID, it has expired, your name has changed or your employee photo is outdated, reply to your ticket. IT will coordinate with HR on an approved alternative before a replacement is issued. Reasonable appearance changes can be reviewed. Do not send personal documents through the ticket.
4. Receive your replacement
Once identity, employment and access requirements are confirmed, the designated team will coordinate your replacement. Bring your damaged or superseded badge if you still have it.
A replacement fee may apply. We will confirm any applicable amount and payment instructions before the replacement is issued.
Questions? Reply to your IT ticket so the request and next steps stay together.
