Need to send a document for signatures?
Acrobat Sign lets you send documents for electronic signatures and track who has signed. If you need to edit PDF text or images, request Acrobat Studio instead.
Four steps to get access
| 1 | Get manager approvalYour manager must approve access before the request is submitted. Your manager can submit the ticket, or you can submit it with documented manager approval. IT will not grant access based on an employee request alone. |
| 2 | Submit your approved requestCreate a ticket at the People Incorporated IT Help Desk. Include:
|
| 3 | Wait for IT to confirm accessIT will review the request and tell you when access is ready. You will receive the approved sign-in link and account instructions. Do not purchase a subscription, start a trial, or create another account. |
| 4 | Sign in and confirm accessUse the link and account instructions IT provides. Confirm that the tools for sending documents are available. Coordinate any test with IT; do not send a real business agreement just to test access. |
Already use Acrobat Sign?
Tell IT about existing agreements, templates, shared content, or documents awaiting signatures. Keep your current approved sign-in until IT coordinates any change. Do not delete your account or move content yourself.
Need help?
Reply to your ticket if sending tools, agreements, or templates are missing, or if you cannot sign in. Include the error and a screenshot without confidential information. Never send passwords or MFA codes.
