Request Adobe Acrobat Studio access

Need to edit a PDF?

Request Acrobat Studio. It includes Acrobat Pro, often called Adobe Pro, with tools to edit PDF text and images, combine files, convert documents, and redact information. Free Adobe Reader does not include these editing tools.

Four steps to get access

1

Get manager approval

Your manager must approve access before the request is submitted. Your manager can submit the ticket, or you can submit it with documented manager approval. IT will not grant access based on an employee request alone.

2

Submit your approved request

Create a ticket at the People Incorporated IT Help Desk. Include:

  • Your name, work email, and department
  • What you need to do with PDFs
  • Your manager's approval, unless your manager submits the request
  • Any required budget approval
3

Wait for IT to confirm access

IT will check licensing and tell you when access is ready. If you need Acrobat installed or updated, let IT know. Do not purchase a subscription or start a trial.

4

Sign in and edit your PDFs

Open Acrobat on your computer or visit Acrobat on the web. Follow the account instructions IT provides.

For a company account, use your work email, select Company or school account if prompted, and complete Microsoft sign-in. Choose the People Incorporated profile if offered. Try editing a non-sensitive PDF to confirm access.

Already use Adobe?

Tell IT about existing cloud files, Express projects, or shared documents before changing accounts. Keep your current approved sign-in until IT coordinates any change. Do not delete your account or move files yourself.

Need help?

Reply to your ticket if editing tools or existing files are missing, or if Adobe asks you to buy a subscription. Include the error and a screenshot without confidential information. Never send passwords or MFA codes.
